this is an archive of the comic strips that i have made in the past years that have been published in UCSD GUARDIAN.

STRIPS FAQ

Q: how much do you get paid?
A: not enough

Q: how come i don't see your comics in the guardian?
A: you probably picked up something else that's NOT the guardian.

Q: i double checked, i picked up the guardian.
A: then you probably picked up thursday issue. mine comes out mondays, 2nd page.

Q: do you like working for the guardians?
A: i'm not allowed to answer no, am i?

Q: your recent strips seem to have more and more details. why?
A: why not?

Q: how long do they take to do?
A: the early ones i can finish in half an hour. the recent ones have more details, so they take more time, but nothing more than three hours.

Q: are you protected by the freedom of speech?
A: no. but i do exercise the freedom of doodling.

Q: are these characters based off you and your friends?
A: yes. i'd be lying if i said otherwise.

Q: which one are you?
A: i'm the panda.

Q: are these comic strips based on true story?
A: some, yes. some are exaggeration of stupid "what MIGHT happen" sorts of conversation i tend to get into with my roommates.

Q: do you plan on doing comics for the rest of your life?
A: as a side interest, yes. as a full-time job, maybe not; i hate deadlines. like douglas adams said: the only thing i like about deadlines is the wooshing sound they make as they pass by.
